CSS Exam Preparation

SIPS prepares for CSS, PMS and other Government Positions under the personal supervision of former Members FPSC/PPSC, Federal Secretaries and Ambassadors.

The architects of SIPS are determined to develop institutional fora where the future Central Superior Services officers as well as the aspirants for other government positions will participate in high quality training programs, designed specially and comprehensively in line with the required knowledge and skills. The participants will also be provided frequent opportunities to exchange views and ideas with serving and retired Federal Secretaries, Ambassadors and other senior civil servants to hone their interactive skills and equip them with the expertise to successfully compete for CSS,PMS and other Federal and Provincial Governments’ careers.

Bureaucracy is an important rather integral part of every government, in whichever form it is functioning. A democracy, dictatorship or kingdom, all require a team of individuals systematically trained in multiple sectors of statecraft. Individuals for whom public management is a full time, lifelong and continuous career, who study, experience and address the dynamic demands of socio-political and economic milieu and are in possession of the institutional memory, to seek support from historical antecedents and past postulates to meet the needs of today.
